Peiteal Shipping Policy

At Peiteal, we strive to provide our customers with the best shopping experience, which includes reliable and efficient shipping services. Please read our shipping policy carefully to understand the terms and conditions regarding the delivery of your purchases.

Processing time

  • Order Processing: All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.

  • Backorders: If an item is on backorder, we will notify you via email with an estimated shipping date.

Shipping methods and delivery times

We offer the following shipping options:

  • Standard Shipping: Delivery within 5-7 business days.

  • Expedited Shipping: Delivery within 2-3 business days.

Shipping rates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. We offer the following rates:

  • Standard Shipping: €9.50 flat rate.

  • Expedited Shipping: €10.00 flat rate. 

International shipping

Peiteal ships internationally to selected countries. Please note:

  • Shipping Rates and Delivery Times: Vary by destination and will be calculated at checkout.

  • Customs, Duties, and Taxes: Peiteal is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

Order tracking

  • Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipment confirmation email containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

  • You can track your order using the provided tracking number on our website or the carrier's website.

Delivery issues

  • Incorrect Shipping Addresses: Peiteal is not responsible for shipments lost due to incorrect shipping addresses provided by customers. Please double-check your shipping address before placing an order.

  • Lost or Damaged Shipments: If your order is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the shipment to initiate a claim with the carrier.

  • Missed Deliveries: If a delivery is missed, the carrier will usually leave a notice with further instructions. Peiteal is not responsible for missed deliveries or packages that are not retrieved from the carrier.
