Timeframe: You have 30 calendar days from the date you received your item to initiate a return.

Proof of Purchase: A receipt or proof of purchase is required to process your return.

Contact Us: To initiate a return, please contact us with your order number and the reason for your return.

Return Authorization: Once your return is approved, we will provide you with a return authorization number and instructions on how to send your item back to us.

Shipping: You will be responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for items over $75.
Refunds

Inspection: Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the status of your refund.

Approval: If your return is approved, we will process your refund to your original method of payment. Please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to appear on your account, depending on your payment provider's policies.
Non-Refundable Items
